Where is cinema heading to? Let's start with some online viewing tips. Harry Tuttle has the trailer and live webscast schedule for Où va le cinéma? (Where is cinema heading to?), an event happening in Paris through Sunday. Already at the site are quick interviews with M Night Shyamalan, Carice Van Houten, Lisandro Alonso, Bong Joon-ho, Yu Lik-Wai, George A Romero, Miguel Gomes, Serge Bozon, Kiju Yoshida, David Strathairn and Albert Serra.

The Whistler Film Festival opens today and runs through Sunday. Jason Whyte has an overview at Hollywood Bitchslap.
