He definitely says, "I drink your milkshake!" Simultaneously the funniest and scariest line of the year. He may also say the other in the chaos of the scene, but that much is correct.

From the script: "DRAINAGE! DRAINAGE, ELI! DRAINED DRY, YOU BOY. If you have a milkshake and I have a milkshake and I ahve a straw and my straw reaches ACCCRROSSSSSSSSS the room starts to drink your milkshake:

I DRINK YOUR MILKSHAKE! I DRINK IT UP."
