Vancouver. Dragons & Tigers Awards.

Dragons & Tigers While the Vancouver International Film Festival rolls on through October 12, jurors have announced that the Dragons & Tigers Award will be split equally between two Chinese entries, Robin Weng's Fujian Blue and Zhang Yuedong's Mid-Afternoon Barks.

A special mention goes to Kim Jong-Guk's Obbah: A Girl's Elder Brother, from South Korea.
