LOL "Did you hear the one about the film blogger who started his own DVD distribution company?" Filmbrain introduces Benten Films, whose first release will be Joe Swanberg's LOL. Full disclosure: I wrote a little something to dim the brilliance of the overall package design.

Pish-posh, David! We just wish we had the foresight to mention your most splendidly articulate and enlightening essay on the back of the LOL box. We're super-proud of what you wrote, no need to be anything less than proud... as long as I can maybe ask you to fix the spelling of "Benten" above. ;-)
