Berlinale. 8 more.

The Berlinale's announced eight more Competition entries. With the opening film, La vie en rose and the first round of six, that brings the total to 15 so far and, including films screened out of competition, there'll be 26 in the lineup. The second round of eight:

• Stefan Ruzowitzky's Die Fälscher (The Counterfeiters, Germany/Austria). With Karl Markovics, August Diehl, Devid Striesow and Marie Bäumer.

• Jacques Rivette's Ne touchez pas la hache (Don't Touch the Axe, France). With Guillaume Depardieu, Jeanne Balibar and Michel Piccoli.

• André Téchiné's Les Témoins (The Witnesses, France). With Emmanuelle Béart, Michel Blanc, Sami Bouajila and Julie Depardieu.

• Jury President Paul Schrader's The Walker (US). Out of Competition. With Woody Harrelson, Kristin Scott Thomas, Lauren Bacall, Lily Tomlin, Moritz Bleibtreu and Willem Dafoe.

• Saverio Costanzo's In Memoria di me (In Memory of Myself, Italy). With Christo Jivkov, Stefano Antonucci and André Hennicke.

• Jirí Menzel's Obsluhoval jsem anglického krále (I Served the King of England, the Czech Republic and Slovakia). With Julia Jentsch, Ivan Barnev and Oldrich Kaiser.

• Gregory Nava's Bordertown (US/UK). With Jennifer Lopez, Antonio Banderas, Maya Zapata and Martin Sheen.

• Clint Eastwood's Letters From Iwo Jima (USA). Out of Competition.
